Volanter 2-Year Limited Warranty

All Volanter products are covered under our 2-year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. This warranty policy takes effect on June 22, 2026.

Warranty Period

The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchase has been made. In addition, the warranty applies to the INITIAL PURCHASER, and the 2-year warranty will begin once you receive the product and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal, intended use of the product.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Volanter will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product to restore proper performance.

What's Not Covered

This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing-related issues and does not apply to damage caused by external factors or normal use over time.

Category Description
Normal Wear & Tear Cosmetic wear from regular use.
Customer-Caused Damage Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper handling.
Environmental Damage Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to storms, wind, or other environmental conditions.
Cosmetic Changes Aesthetic changes that do not affect normal operation or performance.
Unauthorized Modifications Products that have been repaired, altered, or modified without prior authorization from Volanter.

How to Claim Warranty

Report the Issue

If your product arrives damaged, has a defect, or if you received the wrong item, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
